Located in Medford, The Gym-Nest is the top Physical Fitness and Entertainment Center for children on Long Island.

The Gym-Nest has been home to both fun and educational experiences for over 20 years.

 By offering recreational and competitive gymnastics, cheerleading, tumbling, fitness, camps, clinics and awesome birthday parties our programs have been enjoyed by over 200,000 children and  parents since 1984!
