The Gym-Nest has added Wei Zhu as our Boys Program Director and to its coaching staff.  Mr. Zhu is recognized as one of the top coaches in the entire country, if not the world.  He has trained Olympians in China, and in the USA, has trained and produced World Champions, NCAA Champions, Regional and National Champions.  He is an Elite level Judge and regularly lectures and teaches USA Olympic hopefuls in the "Future Stars" program.

What sets him apart is not just the highest caliber of coaching, but his amazing ability to teach at any level.  From preschool to Olympians.  He treats each and every athlete as a champion.  Building self-esteem and self-worth is a staple of his teachings and meshes 100% with the Gym-Nest philosophy. 

The Gym-Nest has also created a new curriculum which, by far, is one of the finest, most progressive, and safest curriculum around.  Building on the strengths of each athlete enables us to help each individual achieve success.  The carry-over from gymnastics to any other sport is amazing.
