Recreational Program

The goal of our Gymnastics (Recreational) program is simple:

To teach solid, sound gymnastics in a fun, safe, structured and progressive manner. Utilizing the USA Jr. Olympic Program ensures long-term, lasting results.

Although The Gym-Nest has a competitive team, our recreational program is based in a non-competitive environment. We give each gymnast the opportunity to learn skills and connections that can later be used in competition.
