Our program now has become the top program in all of New York!

The Gym-Nest and it's staff has produced outstanding results! We have instructed, coached and choreographed Regional and National Champions. The Gym-Nest Cheer Program has a multi-faceted approach. You can not just teach cheerleading... You need to teach stunting, tumbling, dance, motions, chanting, cheering and everything you need to be a "top-notch" cheerleader. You need the TOTAL package, you need TOTAL CHEER!

The added benefit at the Gym-Nest is our ALL MALE TUMBLING STAFF for the upper level athletes, and a great overall staff for ALL tumblers of any level! Our staff is known for producing Elite level tumblers on a consistent basis! Many of our athletes have gone on to compete at Colleges and Universities around the country...some with full scholarships!

We offer gymnastics classes for kids of all ages; beginning with our parent and me (mommy & me) preschool classes all the way up to teen gymnastics and cheerleading classes. In our gymnastics classes, your child will be introduced to the 4 Olympic gymnastics events for girls and the 6 Olympic gymnastics events for boys. In our cheerleading classes, your child will learn tumbling, dance, motions, cheers, stunts and more.

For kid's birthday parties, our staff will take care of every detail, from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. The kids will have a blast playing in our inflatable caterpillar, bounce house, trampolines, and giant foam pit. Our staff will ensure that your birthday child and their guests will have a time to remember!

Gym-Nest is home to one of Long Island, New York's premier Jr. Olympic Gymnastics Teams and the Galaxy All Star Cheerleading Teams. Gym-Nest is the only Gymnastics and Cheerleading club in the area that has a full size cheerleading floor and a full size gymnastics floor, along with in-ground trampolines and lots and lots of other equipment!
