The Gym-Nest Cheer Program starts with an innovative and fun curriculum. We offer Cheerleading classes for all ages and abilities. It may be true that over the past 22 years, The Gym-Nest has been considered one of the number one Gymnastics schools in the country.  BUT... Did you know that over the past 8 years The Gym-Nest Cheerleading program- The Jaguars, has garnered Nation-Wide praise? Adding to our expertise was our merger with Galaxy All Star Cheerleading.  Our program now has become one of the top programs in all of New York!

The Gym-Nest and it's staff has produced outstanding results! We have instructed, coached and choreographed Regional and National Champions. The Gym-Nest Cheer Program has a multi-faceted approach. You can not just teach cheerleading... You need to teach stunting, tumbling, dance, motions, chanting, cheering and everything you need to be a "top-notch" cheerleader. You need the TOTAL package, you need TOTAL CHEER!

The added benefit at the Gym-Nest is our Tumbling Staff! It is truly THE BEST! Producing Elite level tumblers on a consistent basis! Many of our athletes have gone on to compete at Colleges and Universities around the country...some with full scholarships!
